Talihina man injured in wreck
Talihina man injured in wreck Wednesday approximately 4:55 p.m. on Flag Lake Road, half of a mile south of Highway 63.
Clinton R. Robinson, 79, of Talihina was driving north when his vehicle departed the road to the left, he overcorrected to the right, crossed the roadway, departed the road, drove through the ditch around 105 feet before overturning and striking an electric pole. The vehicle continued 10 feet past the pole before coming to a stop on the driver’s side.
He was alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident and was not wearing a seatbelt. The extent of his injuries were not published in the report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The accident was investigated by Trooper Michael Scantling.
